Director of Product Marketing, Corporate Suite

YouSendIt is seeking a highly motivated Director of Product Marketing for its Enterprise focused Corporate Suite product line. YouSendIt is the number one digital delivery company serving business and individuals on the Web today with over 7 million people trusting YouSendIt every day to easily send, receive and track business critical business digital content. YouSendIt makes reliable, private, express delivery of digital content a routine part of people’s daily life.
YouSendIt’s Corporate Suite is the fastest growing product line, targeted at SMB and built for IT scale deployment. The primary responsibility of the Director of Product Marketing is on “go to market” strategic planning including pricing, positioning, PR/ AR, demand creation and closed loop integration with the sales team. This will include developing, executing and tracking marketing campaigns through to sales execution. This person will work closely with Sales, Product Management and Engineering on customer needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing for software, internet or SaaS products.
  • Lead pricing strategies to maximize distribution and reach, including working closely with Product Management on conducting pricing and margin analysis, including competitive pricing analysis, on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop forecasts for strategic and tactical planning.
  • Develop compelling messages and marketing campaigns that successfully position the YouSendIt Corporate Suite product line with key customers in the IT, creative professional and marketing space.
  • Develop & implement high impact and differentiated positioning and messaging for the product family. Train Sales and other marketing personnel to utilize those messages for customer acquisition purposes.
  • Closely monitor the competitive marketplace and develop internal and external competitive analysis and selling-against guides for all competitive products.
  • Manage new product introductions including sales readiness, website marketing, launch activities, integrated messaging plans, etc., Specifically develop and deliver sales enablement and sales training.
  • Evangelize YouSendIt products through speaking opportunities at tradeshows and conferences, bylined articles, partner events, etc.
  • Drive industry positioning through proactive analyst and press relations.
  • Develop high-impact sales tools such as white papers, presentations, case studies, business cases, and TCO/ROI analysis.
  • Successfully manage product lifecycle marketing programs to drive migration of current user base to next generation product and/or premium offering.
  • Help define and prioritize market research needs and manage research agencies.

Essential Skills:

  • BS in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility and track record of success.
  • Proven leadership and successful introduction of pricing strategies.
  • Must have demonstrated success launching internet products and services including execution of high-impact marketing plans.
  • Solid command of core marketing disciplines.
  • Analytic skills and related demonstrated experience in tracking, monitoring and measuring marketing programs; experience in crafting and executing customer surveys.

Senior Finance Analyst

YouSendIt is seeking a highly motivated, business and detail oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our Marketing, Product Management and FP&A groups. The position will report into YSI’s FP&A Director. Key to this position is the understanding of YSI’s business and working with Marketing and Product Management in the design, development and implementation of analytical models for complex business situations. Analyst must be able to partner with business leaders providing guidance and recommendations to complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue and expense forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly financial planning & reporting.
  • Annual and strategic 3 year planning.
  • Will work cross functionally in the development of quantitative and analytical models to understand and provide direction to our business partners.
  • Examine, test and provide recommendations on the analytical soundness of models used.
  • Will assist in the determination and development of metrics to be used by YSI’s functional groups in the measurement and management of their businesses.
  • Continuously perform benchmarking of YSI models, metrics and practices vs. industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in Software, internet or high tech industry.
  • 3-5 years experience in an area requiring quantitative modeling and analytical skills.

Sr. Manager/Director QA

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to be the customers voice in Engineering and own the quality of YouSendIt products.
  • Drive a QA strategy to support rapid releases with high quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and execute on automation strategy.
  • Track effectiveness and efficiency through metrics.
  • Ensure the success of major, minor, and hot fix (patch) releases. You will own the overall quality of YouSendIt’s products from the front-end to the back-end and from product inception to product deployment and support. The success measurement will be customer satisfaction. Therefore, customer advocacy in this role is a must.
  • As a leader, you will also mentor QA leads and engineers in best practices and processes and testing techniques.
  • This position is also strategic. YouSendIt is a young company that is growing fast, so we are looking for someone that can take our current strong team and grow it into a world-class QA organization with state-of-the-art testing abilities and processes.
  • Work closely with all major stakeholders: Product Management, IT, Engineering, and Customer Support.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Internet/E-commerce/Web testing experience.
  • 5+ years in a QA management role.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye that matches that of a customer’s expectations.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and major software development methodologies and processes.
